WWW Wednesdays

MizB sponsors this weekly event so we can all share what we are reading!

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading:

Dirty Secret by Jessie Sholl
A great book about a woman trying to deal with her mother's hoarding behavior when her mother gets diagnosed with cancer.

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
I'm now on disc 10/18 and am still enjoying this!

Recently Finished:

Across Five Aprils by Irene Hunt
I read this for my "war" choice for the Back to the Classics Challenge. This was the story of a young boy growing up on his family's farm in Illinois through the five years of the Civil War. It turns out it is based on the life of the author's grandfather-which made it even more fascinating!

Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
The final book in The Hunger Games trilogy and I enjoyed every minute of it! I am so glad I took the time out to read the trilogy!

Coming Up:

Saving Shiloh by Phyllis Reynold Naylor

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

  1. Yeah, I was really into the The Hunger Games trilogy too - thought at first that the subject matter was too gruesome, but was pulled in nonetheless :)

Here's my WWW Wednesdays (June 1) post!
